Condensing units
- direct cooling of milk
- hermetic compressor working with R404a refrigerator
- condenser cooled by air ventilation
- economical and fluent cooling is regulated by extension valves
Gentle mixing
- thanks to specially profiled mixer and suitable speed of its turns (32 times per minute) milk regardless of flood capacity tank is always equally mixed
- self greasing mechanisms of transmission assure a long and self-service vitality
- the stirring blade can be run at two speeds to make the milk stirring process as gentle as possible
Cleaning system
- washing process is steered by electronic control box
- control of minimum level of cleaning liquid and its temperature
- possibility of individual cleaning steps correction
- self-service and accurate dosing of detergents by special dosing pumps
- rotating spraying head that guarantees cleaning up of every tiny part that has been in contact with milk
Control and steering
- module control box WinMaster make possible e.g.: control of temperature of preservated milk, delay of switching on of condensing unit, settings of minimum temperature of cooling, automatic and manual cycles of mixer's operation
- alarm system that triggers automatically in event of malfunction
- continuous registration of all parameters of operating e.g. temperatures, running time of condensing units, pauses in work and power supply, alarms, type of applied programs of cleaning and many different (at every 10 min. sampling in even last 60 days)
- possible execution of computer analysis of operation and way of tank's maintenance thanks to WinLink device (and printing out results of this one)
- readable informing displays showing clearly current temperature and state of processes
- protection against freezing of milk
- protection against control system breakdowns by using of additional temporary timer switcher for cooling down of milk
